Our client has an immediate need for loan specialists in multiple locations to assist with routine clerical and non-clerical tasks essential to the mortgage loan process. Ideal candidates will have a HS diploma or a GED equivalent, approximately 2 year office recent experience in the mortgage industry, effective verbal and written communication skills and strong computer skills. This opportunity demands individuals that have the ability to multi-task and prioritize projects in a timely fashion.

Core job responsibilities include:
• Reviews and logs incoming documentation into the system
• Assures all loans are processed in accordance with company policy and procedure
• Responsible for opening the loan file, reviewing and ensuring all necessary information is provided
• Prepares the transaction for closing
• Interacts closely with clients, related business partners and sales
