RESPONSIBILITIES:
Overall responsibility for all aspects of project management on one or more small to large scale complex litigation support projects. Specific responsibilities include the following:

Ensure the project critical success factors and requirements are properly documented and managed throughout project duration
• Create a strategy for successful implementation
• Establish and update project plans as required
• Hold primary responsibility for project quality of work, schedule adherence and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with operations to ensure on time delivery meeting quality standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact with the client and ensuring timely and sufficient communication with the client and with operations
• Prepare or approve documentation needed for project support, including design specifications, manuals, invoices and reports
• Ensure sufficient and proper resources are defined in a timely manner and assigned as needed to meet required delivery schedules
• Coordinate with operations and other managers to allow maximum efficiency of project support across the organization
• Manage all deviations from plan
• Prepare project status reports and activity recaps on a regular basis
• Escalate decisions or issues to management and project sponsors as required
• Manage efforts to track project work and integrate billing information into invoicing process.
• Monitor compliance with requirements to ensure consistent approach and high quality results.
• Close all project documentation and archive all appropriate records at the end of each project

Skills / Requirements
Candidate must be a professional, experienced project manager, with demonstrated success in managing large, complex projects in a litigation environment. Specific requirements include the following:

• Minimum 4 years of progressively challenging project management experience.
• Excellent project management skills, including experience in the development of management reports, processes and systems that produce predictable results on large complex projects.
• Effective communications skills with both internal staff and clients. Capability to perform project revenue forecasting, cost control and profitability analysis.
• Excellent knowledge of litigation support arena, including services such as scanning, coding, blowback, electronic discovery, repositories, etc.
• Working knowledge of litigation technology, including key applications and tools (e.g. scan software, OCR software, litigation support databases, etc.)
• Ability to multitask under tight deadlines
