Job: Rehabilitation Positions - specialized acute care setting

Members of the Select Rehab Team work closely with referring physicians to provide a wide range of therapy services including comprehensive assessment and individual and group treatment.

We are currently hiring for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT) and Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA).

COTA, PT and PTA requirements:
* Successfully completed a Bachelors degree from an accredited therapy program.
* Must hold a valid Arizona COTA, PT, and PTA license / certificate.
* Have two (2) years of progressively responsible experience.
* Current CPR is required.
