We currently have openings on the campus of Select Specialty Hospital - Scottsdale/Phoenix Downtown location for full - time and part - time Case Managers.

The Select Case Manager provides concise management of our patient's hospitalization from pre-admission through post-discharge in areas of patient care, fiscal management, and payor/referral satisfaction.

1. This position requires at least three (3) years of work experience in a medical case management setting. Registered Nurse required, MSW a plus .

2. Good organizational and liaison capabilities, with written and verbal communication abilities is required.
