Speech-Language Pathologist:

The Speech-Language Pathologist provides Speech-Language pathology services and assessments to clients in the home or facility in accordance with Agency policies and procedures, applicable health standard, and governmental laws and regulations.

Compliance with the education requirement for Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech Pathology or Audiology granted by the American Speech and Hearing Association and meets the experience requirements for a certificate.

Current licensure/registration in the State of Arizona.
