Job: Clinical Care Manager

Touchstone Behavioral Health is the premier provider of evidence based behavioral health services to youth and their families in the Southwest.

We are looking for a Clinical Care Manager to provide community based services thru the Child and Family Team model.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Conducting Intake Assessments.

Providing Clinical input to the Child and Family Team.

Conducting the Engagement Process with families.

Completing strengths, cultural and needs assessments with families.

Facilitating the child and family team meetings.

This position requires bilingual (English/Spanish) skills.

Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, or related field and at least two years practical experience. Must meet credentialing requirements for Clinical Liaison.
