Jobing Description
A new Phoenix career college is seeking a sales professional who has an understanding of the positive effects of education, and can help move prospective students to enroll. Our candidates will have a passion and desire to help others in their choice of education by helping them choose what is right for them, and then guiding them through the enrollment process up to beginning their education.

Our Admissions Advisor will use established leads, create new lead sources, then contact the prospective students by phone or email to begin the admissions process. The Admissions Advisor is responsible for all phases of the admissions process from lead generation, to qualification, financing, and helping the student start their education at the school. Simply put, our advisor needs to be able to set appointments, qualify, and then close the prospective student that we are the best choice for their education.

Candidates should have a strong desire to be self motivated for success in sales, and take responsibility for their enrollment goals. To aid in your success, we offer complete training in the admissions sales process, along with extensive product knowledge training. To exceed means opportunities for greater income, and advancement. We are asking you to instill needed motivation to help us change lives for the better!

This is admissions position is for a brick-and-mortar campus, and not online education sales.

Skills / Requirements
We require the following:

* Associate Degree is required
* Bachelor Degree is preferred
* At least two years customer service, sales, or marketing experience entailing one-on-one interaction
* Previous post-secondary education admissions for brick-and-mortar campus or B2B sales experience is highly preferred as this is not online education sales
* Must possess a high level of interpersonal communication skills to accurately describe our school
* Must have excellent presentation skills, and be comfortable presenting to groups of any size
* Must be results oriented, and have the ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently, effectively, and accurately
* Must be willing to be fingerprinted, and pass a background investigation
* Must possess enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
* Excellent telephone skills are a must
* Must be able to demonstrate skill and ability in the Admissions Advisor role, to successfully perform the functions required
* Must have a working knowledge of personal software packages in order to perform enrollment functions as described above
* Must possess a valid Arizona driver's license as local travel is generally required

Important Notes
This is for campus-based education. Candidates with this qualification will receive priority. We are not looking for online admissions at this time.

This position offers a base plus incentive compensation.
