TELEPHONE ON CALL SUPPORT POSITION, WORK FROM HOME.
We are a healthcare company that has our telephone answered 24hrs a day by a live person. We are looking for an after hours telephone support person to start with a few shifts during the week (these are evening) and weekends. Our on call hours are Monday 5pm - Friday at 8am and weekends from Friday 5pm - Monday at 8am. Most calls don't come in after 11pm and before 6pm, but may. An example of a weekday shift would be Monday from 5pm-Tuesday at 8am. The telephone on call person is responsible for the following: * answering the telephone * answering questions from clients and employees * assisting with new intakes * If needed, restaff cases * Make adjustments and notes in system * Adhere to policy and procedures * Health Care, Caregiving, or Home Health background a plus The following skill sets are required: * Professional telephone etiquette * Ability to answer the telephone anytime it may ring * Computer Literate * Ability to learn, take direction, and use appropriate 'thinking' skills * Strong common sense * 100% reliable and dependable * Pass background check We receive approx 6-8 inbound calls during the week and approx 15-20 calls during the weekend (each Sat and Sun), but more or less may come. We provide training and issue a company cell phone. If you are a very active person on call may not be the position you are looking for as you never know when someone may call. If you are sincere, wanting to make a difference than apply. Pays $20 per shift, each shift is considered an evening. Weekends pay $30 per shift. If full time it would pay over $7300 per year. |
