Our Client is looking for a Site Director that has the experience and desire to work in Phoenix with one of the fastest growing publicly traded organizations in the country. This position requires a proficient, take charge individuals who like working in an autonomous environment.
Primary focus will be on basic call center expectations: Meeting sales targets, operating efficiencies, process improvements, technology utilization, people development, quality assurance and financial management. Ideal candidate will posses the following: Ten plus years Call Center Outbound Telesales Management experience with emphasis on developing an organization while meeting business objectives Has successfully managed at least 400 seats Multi site experience Strong communication skills Stable work history Leadership skills & Management development skills Ability to manage B2C telesales organization Managing people, process and technology Solid mix of tactical & strategic skills Thorough knowledge of Call Center Telesales software and hardware Experience managing: Line Operations, Financials, Training, Q/A, WFM, Staffing, etc. Bachelor degree of higher Relocation for the right candidate!!!!
