Our client is looking for an experienced Product Manager to take control of their retail client. Candidates that are interested must have call center 3rd party experience, retail- e-commerce experience and client management experience. They will not consider you unless you have these three qualifications.
Summary: Responsible for management of all clients customer care center operations, including but not limited to: technology, hiring, training and quality functions. Responsible for direct management of daily operations within the clients center, continual operational improvements allowing for greater efficiency and brand representation, driving key initiatives within the center, turnover within the center, performance within the center and budget management. Experience a. 8 years call center experience including 3 years leading call center operations for 200+ seats b. E-commerce industry a must c. Retail industry a must d. Multi-site experience strongly preferred e. 3rd party call center experience f. College degree preferred This position is in Wisconsin and you must move!!!!!
