This position reports to the Sales General Manager, John Kirkland.

Essential Functions
*Effectively develop strong sales skills individually and as a team
* Accountable for achieving sales plan for 16-22 sales account executives
*Develops quotas and sales contest for their team
*Drive and motivate sales team in a high paced performance based environment
*Recommends development to improve sales ability and phone presence
*Hires, trains and retains effective sales account executives

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Minimum 1 year proven successful sales supervisory experience within high paced call center.
2. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals while meeting quality control
requirements.
3.Proven leadership and development of successful sales account executives through
example and mentoring.
4.Good oral and written communication skills.
5.Basic computer skills.
6.Excellent attendance.

Qualified candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of the job and meet
