Job: Explorer Sales Representatives

The Sheraton Desert Oasis is currently seeking sales professionals with a stellar customer service focus to assist with the sales process of our timeshare packages.

As an Explorer Sales Representative, you will meet with non-buying guests after Vacation Ownership presentation to give brief customer satisfaction survey and offer package to return back to the designated property within the next 18 months. Interface with Sales Management and provide valuable feedback.

Good communication skills, outgoing personality, professional appearance, understanding of basic sales techniques, willingness to accept direction and follow guidelines, comfortable with a performance type environment, knowledge of Vacation Ownership and Starwood Preferred Guest Program, helpful but not mandatory.
