Our banking center network in the Arizona marketplace is on the fast track for dynamic growth and currently, MidFirst's assets exceed $14 billion. We are seeking a high-energy, dynamic person for the TELLER OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR/CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER role available at our Greenfield & Baseline Banking Center in Mesa, AZ. The successful candidates will be responsible for supervising, scheduling, training and coaching Tellers, operations and audit, as well as performing Teller duties. MidFirst banking centers' hours of operation in the AZ area are from 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, Saturday from 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Position will require the ability to work weekend hours. This position requires a MINIMUM of 3 years previous retail banking experience in addition to one year of experience as a Teller Operations Supervisor or Customer Service Manager. Qualified candidate must have experience in supervising and training employees, providing guidance to Tellers in complex customer transactions or requests and working as a Teller themselves. Preference will be given to those with some college.
