Job: Room Service Servers- AM\PM

The Scottsdale Plaza Resort has an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to grow in the hospitality/customer service field. We are looking for a Room Service Server to join our fun team in the main kitchen. The Room Service Server is responsible for the prompt delivery of orders and amenities to the guest’s rooms and serving the guests. Duties also include setting trays, organizing, setting and breaking down insuite functions and tray retrieval.

IMPORTANT NOTES: Applicants must be of legal age to serve alcohol and must have a valid Arizona Food Handler's Card. Applicants must also have a valid Arizona Driver's License in order to use the golf carts to take food to rooms.

One to two years previous Room Service experience preferred. Must be available for both am and pm shifts (will switch between the two) including holidays and weekends.

Must be able to communicate well with others and be capable of working under pressure. Must be customer service oriented and able to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds.
