Job: Physical Therapist

We are currently looking for a Physical Therapist for our North Phoenix Clinic.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Evaluation/assessing the needs of referred patients and formulating treatment plans.
- Provide therapy services defined in treatment plans.
- Work cooperatively with physicians, case managers, and adjustors.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

Requires a master’s degree and is certified as a physical therapist.
Must be able to communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and the public and be capable of establishing good working relationships with both internal and external customers.
