Job: Transportation Account Representative

M3O Transport is an asset based logistics and transportation company located in Glendale, AZ. We are seeking a full time employee to join our brokerage division as a Transportation Account Representative (TAR). The ideal candidate will build a portfolio of clients by actively researching and seeking out prospects using databases and internet research. The TAR will be responsible to make initial phone contact with the customer and determine their transportation needs. Follow-up calls will be required to provide rates and close the sale. We prefer customer service experience dealing with major manufacturers or distributors.

Requirements:

Telephone skills with ability to build rapport and close sales over the phone
Excellent time management and problem solving skills
Desire to have increasing earning potential through aggressive and diligent work
Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills
Self motivated and hardworking with the ability to multitask in a fast pace environment
Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus but not necessary
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
