Job: Team Leader

PRINCIPLE OBJECTIVE OF POSITION
Presents and involves guests in the opportunity to own the finest vacation experience. Performs regular supervisory duties as assigned.

DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepares each day to meet guests as a professional sales person
Achieves established sales goals within established time frames; establishes commitment to goals, self and company
Performs, on a consistent and regular basis, one or more of each category of the management duties identified on the attached list. Such duties require management and supervision of category 1-3 sales representatives.
Presents the sales information according to training specifications and direction of management
Uses approved sales presentation and support materials effectively and exclusively
Presents appropriate pricing and options in accordance with specified guidelines
Asks the guest to purchase according the training specifications and direction of management and conforming to the financial needs of the guest
Follows all approved sales closing procedures
Completes all appropriate new owner closing documentation as required
Greets each guest in a warm and friendly manner, while providing customer service to guests as specified in training and direction of management
Maintains the highest level of company/competition product knowledge by attending all required training sessions
Adheres to all established sales and corporate policies and procedures

EDUCATIONAL/ EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
College degree preferred, but not required
LICENSING AND CERTIFICATION
Active Real Estate License or Timeshare License, as applicable, in the state employed. Previous Sales experience helpful, but not required
