1. Be a United States Citizen, or have a Permanent Resident Card and be able to provide proof of right to work.
2. Must have a Social Security Card and provide proof of one.
3. Be at least 18 and a half years of age at the time of application, 21 years of age prior to completion of Armed guard training.
4. Be in sound physical and mental health.
5. Must be physically able to ride a bike up to 6 hours.
6. Must be physically able to drive a vehicle up to 10 hours.
7. Have fewer than 8 driving violation points, fewer than two chargeable accidents, no convictions for DUI or DWI.
6. Must have no loss of Driver's License within the previous 36 months.
7. Have not been dishonorably discharged from the United States Armed Forces.
8. Must be able to effectively read, write and speak the English Language.
9. Must be willing to work irregular hours, shifts, weekends, holidays and evenings.
10. Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalency.
12. Must have good moral character and personal integrity.
13. Must have or be able to qualify for state mandated Arizona Security Guard License.
(We have class so that can obtain your guard card)
14. Must meet AZ Department of Public Safety drug standards.
15. Must possess an Arizona State Drivers License at the time of appointment to a position.
16. Must have relieadle transportation (With current insurance)
17. Must successfully pass a background investigation.
18. No commission or conviction of a felony. Misdemeanor arrests are discretionary.
19. No history of criminal or improper conduct. No poor employment irresponsibility.
20. Must be willing to work days and nights, weekends, and holidays.
