Job: Call Center INBOUND Sales Director

Our Client is looking for a Sales Director that has the experience and desire to work in the Denver area with one of the fastest growing 3rd party BPO’s in the country. This position requires a proficient, take charge individual who likes working in an autonomous environment.
Primary focus will be on basic call center expectations: Meeting sales targets, operating efficiencies, process improvements, technology utilization, people development, quality assurance and financial management.

INDOUND SALES MANAGEMENT IS A MUST!!!!!!!

Ideal candidate will posses the following:

Ten plus years Call Center Inbound Telesales Management experience with emphasis on developing an organization while meeting business objectives

Strong communication skills

Experience in a large sites of at least 500 seats

Stable work history

Leadership skills & Management development skills

Ability to manage B2C telesales organization

Managing people, process and technology

Solid mix of tactical & strategic skills

Thorough knowledge of Call Center Telesales software and hardware

Experience managing: Line Operations, Financials, Training, Q/A, WFM, Staffing, etc.

COMPENSATION: Up to $120K BASE PLUS COMMISSIONS AND ANNUAL BONUS
