Seeking Motivated Call Center/Help Desk Agents for Apple with Kelly Services!
Kelly Services is offering multiple opportunities at various experience levels for Call Center/Help Desk Agents with Apple located in Chandler, AZ! Agents typically will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service for a variety of technical issues that could pertain to Apple products such as iPod, iPhone, MP3 player, and other Apple technical devices. In addition to other duties, agents will be responsible for the following: • Identify and handle customer inquiries • Follow customer service policies • Perform customer retention procedures • Resolve customer issues and complaints • Educate customers on products and services • Determine customer needs and align with product benefits • Enter customer information into CRM timely and accurately If you have these skills, great! If not, we’ll train you! • Strong Customer Service Skills - focused on providing service excellence and resolving customer issues • Energetic, Enthusiastic, Strong desire to provide assistance and support to others • Strong Troubleshooting Skills - the ability to isolate and resolve both user and technical problems with iPods – Nano, Shuffle, Touch, Video, etc, and iTunes on multiple platforms • The ability to ask probing questions to isolate the source of a customer issue and then apply appropriate solutions • Excellent Computer Skills - the ability to efficiently use business applications for recording and tracking customer incidents • Experience with CRM tools, ACD call center phone systems, Call Recording and Quality Monitoring, and Workforce Management is a plus • The ability to multitask through various customer communications channels - phone calls, email and Chat or IM sessions • Experience with Mac OS X and/or Microsoft® 2000/XP/Vista® is a plus Hours of Operation • Candidates must be able to work a flexible shift between 6AM and 6PM • Available to work at least one weekend day each week • Available to work during the holiday season Pay Rate • Starting at $11.50/hour, pay is dependent upon level of experience.
