Areas of responsibility include:

• Build and strengthen relationships with members and businesses and that will generate long-term growth for the credit union.
• Ensure service excellence is the standard for all interactions with current and potential members, community members and co-workers.
• Open all types of personal and business accounts and/or products based on member request, and cross-sell additional services that will enhance the member relationship and increase profitability.
• Provide assistance to member who call in and cross-sell services that will enhance the member relationship and increase profitability.
• Process, close and fund all consumer loans, and cross-sell additional services that will enhance the member relationship and increase profitability.
• Promote the products and services of the credit union to meet deposit and loan growth goals and generage long-term revenue for the credit union.

• Associates degree; or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 plus years call center experience required. Credit union and/or banking experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of credit practices, credit principles and procedures; legal documentation requirements; related services and insurance program procedures.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency with the internet and Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Demonstrated proficiency in organizing and prioritizing work to meet deadlines, with the ability to adapt within a changing environment.
• Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills.
