Customer Service Representative (Overnight)

Do you love helping others and enjoy talking on the phone? e4e Business Solutions is a global services company with immediate openings for Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to work at our inbound call center in Phoenix, AZ. The CSR answers inbound phone calls and responds to email inquiries.

The CSR must accurately determine the caller's issue, log the call in the system and either respond to or escalate the call as appropriate.

The following shift is available now:

Overnight - 12:00 am – 9:00 am

2 weeks of paid training provided. Training will be conducted during the day from 9am - 6pm.

Qualified applicants will be compassionate individuals who communicate clearly and succinctly and thrive in a fast paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent required as well as the ability to type 30 words per minute.

Qualified applicants will be good with a PC and navigating Windows and possess an understanding of common technical terms. Prior experience providing customer service is a plus.
