Job: Housekeeping Manager

We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager. This position manages Housekeeping staff responsible for cleaning all common areas and interior space, including resident’s apartments, food and beverage common areas and back-of-the-house areas. Under the direction of the Director of Facilities Management, directs all of the housekeeping and laundry projects and programs. Provides proper supply and cleaning of all community and residential linen. Ensures the highest levels of sanitation, comfort and aesthetics for our residents, staff and guests.

The ideal candidate for this position will have an Associate Degree in related field or equivalent years of experience in the field. Bachelor’s degree preferred. A minimum of 5 years progressive housekeeping experience with prior supervisory responsibility. Hospitality, healthcare, environmental services or senior living background preferred. Member of International Executive Housekeepers Association, Inc. (I.E.H.A.), Certified Registered Executive Housekeeper (R.E.H.) or Certified Executive Housekeeper (C.E.H.), desired. Must possess a valid driver’s license, where applicable.
