Job: Full Time Teller Supervisor-Peoria, AZ

Responsible for general supervision of all teller personnel ensuring the staffing needs are met and all functions are performed according to bank policy and procedure. Accepts and processes all teller related transactions when necessary. Cross-sells bank services and products. Conducts interviews and is involved in the recruiting process for the branch. Creates written documents for performance reviews and corrective action as well as participates in the process. Communicates regularly with manager concerning staffing issues and customer problems.

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous teller experience of at least 3 years

Supervisory skills

Good math and clerical skills

Good oral and written communication skills

Good ten-key skills

Good attention to detail

Ability to work accurately

Computer skills Microsoft Word and Excel helpful
