Job: Human Resource Training Specialist- Behavioral Health Experience Required

We are currently hiring for a Human Resource Training Specialist!

The Human Resource Training Specialist will facilitate clinical on-the-job training for behavioral health professionals, technicians and paraprofessionals, as well as train administrative staff. Additional responsibilities will include preparation of training curriculum and training procedural manuals, and back-up facilitation of clinical orientation. If you have training experience and clinical experience, please apply!

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in behavioral health related field is preferred, with a minimum of two years clinical and two years of administrative experience that included a wide range of functions; public contact and the use of computerized systems; training and behavior health experience, or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
