Job: Counselors/Behavioral Health Professionals

We have an opportunity available for an experienced individual to work at our sites in the Metro Phoenix area. The Counselor under the supervision of a Program Manager, performs professional work as a licensed, credentialed and privileged counselor providing clinical therapeutic services in residential and outpatient facilities. The position requires the selected candidates to perform crisis intervention and counseling, develop and provide individual treatment plans, evaluate and document clients' progress.

1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or closely related field and 3 years professional experience in a field related to substance abuse or mental health treatment programs preferred.
2. Arizona licensure.
3. Knowledge of general behavioral health services delivery systems policies and procedures
4. Excellent communication and organizational skills
5. Proficiency in documentation of services in succinct and timely manner
6. Strong computer skills
