Employment duration: Contract to Full Time Hiring Organization: Robert Half Technology Are you looking to join an established and fast paced company? Our client is currently looking for MCP or A+ certified Help Desk I Specialists with great technical troubleshooting skills. You will be supporting internal employees over the phone with their Windows desktop, MAC O/S 10, MS Outlook, MS Exchange, network and Internet connectivity issues, resolving software conflicts and providing great customer service. The successful Help Desk I Specialist will have great interpersonal skills and great phone presentation. All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. All applicants applying for Canadian job openings must be authorized to work in Canada. Skills / Requirements
The ideal Help Desk I Specialist must be MCP or A+ certified and have 2+ years experience with IT help desk support. Experience with troubleshooting Windows XP, Hardware troubleshooting, Firewalls, MS Outlook and MS Exchange. Great interpersonal skills and great phone presentation. Active Directory and/or SAP support experience is a plus!
