5+ years Automotive business

Prior Sales, F&I Manager, Sales Manager positions

Experience and working relationship with financial institutions

Proven record for performance and CSI standards

Position Requirements

Complete understanding of Reynolds & Reynolds DMS system, Dealer Track, Credit Application systems, Route 1, CUDL, KBB, etc.

Deal structure

Excellent Oral, Written & Listening skills

Judgment and Decision Making Skills – ability to consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and choose the appropriate path.

Identify measures of performance and actions needed to improve or correct performance

Proven track record in finance of per copy gross, warranty penetration, Credit Life and A&H

Great CSI rating
