Position Description

The Member Solutions Representative position will directly impact the way our members feel about us by building relationships, providing world class service, offering solutions for their needs and achieving branch goals. Simply put- they make a difference to our bottom line and our voice in the community!

Responsibilities Include

* Promoting and building positive relationships with members and providing solutions to their financial needs
* Continually improve financial center and operational performance while remaining committed to the credit union's core values the Big 4 of member solutions, employee satisfaction, community involvement, and financial results.
* Grow business organically by deepening member relationships (versus single product/service sales)
* Grow business non organically by matching value added products and services to nonmembers
* Display intensity, excitement and optimism to team and members

What will give you the edge

* 1yr + experience in a sales/service role within the financial services industry.
* Knowledge of how the financial markets impact the financial services industry and excel at representing credit union products
