Job: Warehouse/Inventory Control Specialist

Sun Devil Fire Equipment, Inc. is a leader in the fire protection/equipment market in Phoenix, AZ which is one of the top five fastest growing cities in America. We have been in business since October 1986 and are locally owned and operated. We sell, install, and service fire alarm systems, fire sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers, emergency and exit lights, restaurant fire suppression systems and backflow prevention devices. We have three locations throughout Arizona providing service to the entire state. Our main office is located in Phoenix, which is the largest and also the capital city of Arizona. What you will be doing:

Loading, unloading, order pulling, stocking, organizing, shipping, returns, perform quality control and forklift driving.

Monitor all items going in and out of the warehouse. Record the volume of inventory inside the warehouse.

Thorough understanding of cycle counts a plus.

Complete review and order entry of assigned orders, to insure accuracy and completeness of order requirements.

Coordinate product availability with Inventory Control and Field Technicians.

Office, administrative and mechanical duties, as well as facilities maintenance.

Develop, maintain, and manage internal customer relationships.

• 2+ years of progressive responsibilities in Customer Service, Order Processing and Inventory Control
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent communication skills (verbal/writing)
• Valid AZ Drivers License
• Ability to Lift up to 75 LBS
• High school diploma or GED required
• Excellent time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple functions

Ideal candidate will have 2+ years warehouse or inventory experience.
