Summary

Provides friendly, accurate and timely customer service relating to paying and receiving of items. Performs a variety of duties in promoting, referring and cross-selling bank services to new and existing customers. The ability to count money efficiently and make complex calculations to balance transactions is required. Senior and Specialist levels may approve transactions for other tellers within established limits.

Teller Trainee I, N11 - A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required. Previous cash handling experienced preferred.

Teller Trainee II, N11 - A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required. Requires a minimum of 6 months experience as a teller.

Teller I, N12 - A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required. Requires a minimum of 1 year experience as teller.

Teller II, N12 - A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required. Requires a minimum of 18 months teller experience.

Teller III, N12 - A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required. Requires a minimum of 2 years teller experience.

Teller IV, N12 - A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required. Requires a minimum of 2.5 years teller experience.

Senior Teller, N13 - A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required. Requires a minimum of 3 years teller experience.
