Job: Desktop Analyst

InterTech a leading Managed Service provider headquartered in Phoenix, AZ has immediate openings for qualified Level 2 Desktop Analysts.

The positions will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service oriented desktop and network related on-site and remote support to our customers.

Applicants for analyst positions must have excellent communication skills and must naturally enjoy talking to people and attending to their needs. An effective analyst should be articulate and can speak clearly on the phone. Strong computer literacy and familiariaty with common office productivity software applications is a must. Moreover, all candidates must have excellent judgment skills to be able to properly evaluate situations and immediately provide effective solutions.

This is a customer service oriented position. Proven customer service and extensive technical experience in a high stress environment is a must.

Operatings Systems
Extensive Microsoft (XP Pro, Vista Business, Windows SBS 2003, Windows 2003 Server)

Server Applications
Microsoft Active Directory
Microsoft Exchange
Extensive Symantec product suite administration
Extensive Trend Micro product suite administration

Desktop Applications
Strong Microsoft Office 2003 / 2007

Hardware
HP - Servers, Desktops, Notebooks
DELL - Servers, Desktops, Notebooks


Minimum 3 years experience in a Level 2 Support position including but not limited to Desktop PCs/Notebooks(hardware, operating systems and applications), Microsoft Server (operating system and applications)

Prefer candidates have one or more of the following certifications:
CompTIA A+
CompTIA Network+
Microsoft MCP
Microsoft MCSE
