More importantly, Upon promotion to VP of OPERATIONS, running your own branch office, the 1st year starting base salary for our VP of Operations is $5,000/month plus additional bi-monthly production payouts and monthly office revenue sharing. SIMWEY Financial Group's VP of Operations are among the nations top income earners with an annual income of $85,000 to $125,000+.
