Job: Paralegal/Legal Assistant

The Primary focus of Hastings & Hastings is the pursuit of personal injury victims claims. It is all we do. We don't do DUI, Criminal, or Bankruptcy! David Hastings pioneered discount fees, while still providing full service. The discounted fee provides more money to our clients regardless of the size of the case. Our cases range from small injury claims to serious and fatal injury claims. We aggressively represent the injured victim without any out of pocket expenses.

We are currently hiring for a Paralegal/Legal Assistant in our Mesa Office.

This position works in conjunction with our attorneys to pursue personal claims. It requires a friendly demeanor and ability to work with all types of people. There will be daily client contact and continual updating of files. Paralegals will work under the direct supervision of an attorney and will have solo responsibility for a moderate number of clients.
Our paralegals:
-Request medical records and bills
-Update insurance adjusters
-Prepare lawsuits
-Review files with attorneys
-Correspond with clients

Attention to detail, prompt and on time, team player attitude, professional demeanor, strong customer service and clerical skills, computer proficient, personal injury experience a plus. Bilingual a plus.
