Job: Behavioral Health Techs *

LOCATION: CHANDLER, AZ Parc Place is a Residential Treatment Center in Chandler for adolescents 13 to 17 years old who are struggling with emotional, behavioral, and substance abuse problems. We are looking for experienced and career orientated BHT's to supervise, mentor, and help develop programs for these kids. MUST have a minimum of 4+ years consistent direct behavioral health experience or degree in behavioral health field with 1-2 years experience. MUST have current and valid AZ DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card to apply.

Our pay scale for BHT's is $13.20-$17.93, with $1.25 evening, overnight, and weekend differentials.

Positions available: Shifts available are Fri - Mon PMs PM Shifts are 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

The requirements for this pay scale is a minimum of 4-5 years direct behavioral health experience,RTC preferred. and/or a BA/BS in human services field with 2-3 years behavioral health experience, RTC preferred. There can be no exceptions to these minimum requirments.

Salary:
$13.20 - $17.93
Evening differencial - 1.25
Weekend and Overnight - $1.25

1. All applicants MUST have a AZDPS Fingerprint Clearance, pass drug screening, and e-Verify Clarification
2. Non-Smokers Preferred.
3. Must have High School Diploma, GED, or College Diploma with a minimum of 4-5 years behavioral health experience. BA/BS in Human Services (psycholodgy, counseling, etc) preferred.
6.Must have no physical limitations for physically demonstrating and conducting (TCI) Therapeutic Restraint process.
