Job: BGA ASSEMBLER

Under direct supervision use visual aids, wiring lists, and/or verbal and written instructions to assemble, modify, rework, and reassemble units and clean parts.
Assemble drawings and related paperwork , will be working with small parts and will need to use a microscope at times, will perform basic and routine electronic assembly operations on components or subassemblies.
May be required to lift up to 10 pounds on an occasional basis.

• Basic reading and writing ability (English Language).
• Knowledge of use of scope equipment
2nd shift test operator
• Uses calipers for measurements.
