Jobing Description
The associate is responsible for assisting the customer with changes in the delivery process, handling complaints and delivery notification. Supporting and assisting Delivery professionals insuring all deliveries are made on time. Associate is committed to provide "outstanding customer service to our customers."

Skills / Requirements
6+ months of customer service required; previous sales experience desired; 25 WPM typing speed; familiarity with computer and keyboard required; strong communication, negotiation and listening skills.

THIS POSITION STARTS November 12th
PAID TRAINING is MONDAY - FRIDAY from 10:00am-6:30pm for 4 WEEKS
Work schedules are 30 hrs per week, and include a Saturday or Sunday shift every week
