Along with the ability to maintain the physical condition of the community.

* Must be able to work weekends as needed
* Able to resolve resident work orders
* Experience in turning apartments for move in
* Responding to emergency maintenance situations in a timely and satisfactory
manner
* Must possess solid customer service skills
* Professionalism to effectively communicate with residents, vendors and
office staff.
