Jobing Description
At DISH Network our mission is to put a satellite dish in every home and business in the world, and in order to accomplish that goal we need you!

We are currently seeking Technical Support Representatives at our NEW Technical Support Call center located at Ray Road and I-10.

Our Technical Services department offers an environment that is faced paced, technically advanced, and provides one call resolution to the customer through advanced technical trouble shooting.

DISH Network offers an exciting and extensive training program to allow our employees to be successful when speaking about our award winning products

The following duties include but are not limited to:

  • Answers inbound technical and customer service calls relating to entertainment services and products, hardware systems/accessories

  • Assist with customer service inquiries regarding technical support, billing, and general information requests

  • Obtain extensive knowledge about our cutting edge television services (High Definition, Digital Video Recorder, etc…)

  • Provide quality technical support service through one-call resolution to establish a long-term customer relation

  • Accurately respond to questions and assist customers with product features, installation, setup, troubleshooting and hardware operations

  • Assist Technical Operations to determine call types, failure trending, and diagnostic improvements to provide a higher level of technical support

  • Sell multiple entertainment products and services, as well as hardware systems and accessories

  • Accepting/ processing payments via credit card




  • Skills / Requirements
    Minimum qualifications to be considered are:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

  • At least six months experience in a call center environment

  • One & one half years related technical customer service in a call center environment preferred

  • Associates degree a plus
