Job: Front Desk Agent

The Crowne Plaza Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport Hotel is one of the premier properties when traveling to the Phoenix Arizona area.

We are currently recruiting for a Front Desk Agent!

Responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by performing all guest check-in and check-out
functions.

Duties include greeting guest, making reservations, scheduling guest appointments outside the
hotel, handling cash and credit card transactions, and acquiring alternate accommodations for guest when the hotel is full.

Also provides P.B.X. coverage as needed.

Qualified candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent with some previous
customer service experience preferred.
Requires excellent communication, interpersonal and problem resolution skills. Must be able to
function in a busy environment.
Typing and computer skills necessary.
Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred.
