Job: CALL CENTER/CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS - multiple openings!!

Call Center Customer Service Rep needed for in downtown Phoenix. Pay rate is $11.00 per hour. This is a long-term temporary position that could lead to hire. Temp must successfully complete 40 hours of initial training. Trainees participate in cross-training for on-the-job and classroom training in each: (1) Customer Services work units; (2) Billing Services, (3) Information Services, and (4) Remittance Services.

Duties:

Initiating and terminating service in call center setting
Processing payments and handling of cash, check and credit card
Answering inquiries and resolving customer complaints
Answering telephone calls using an ACD phone system
Process claims and adjustments on accounts
Billing of accounts
Disseminating information

Requirements:



A minimum of one year customer service experience
A minimum of one year clerical experience involving public contact, either in person or on the phone
Basic computer knowledge and daily use
Demonstrated typing ability
Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum qualifications may be substituted
Must have excellent attendance!
Must have excellent punctuality!
Employee will pay for their own parking - location is on light rail system
