Job: Day Program Supervisor II Wanted: Mesa, AZ

CPES a human services company located throughout Arizona is looking for a sharp, motivated and responsible leader to supervise and support our Employment Program located near the 101 & Broadway Rd. in Mesa. This program offers a large variety of employment opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities. The Supervisor must be willing to work alongside employees and learn all aspects of the various employment programs offered. Experience with Time Studies a plus. Some evening hours required.

Requirements of Employment:

• 2 years Supervisory Experience
• Strong knowledge of DDD regulations
• outstanding Communication/Team Building Skills
• Computer proficiency in Word/Excel
• Available to work some evening hours
• 21 years of age or older
• Valid AZ Drivers license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass an extensive background check to qualify for DPS Fingerprint Card
