Speedy Cash is a privately owned Community Financial Services Provider with locations in Arizona, California, Nevada, Washington, Oregon, Kansas, Missouri, Texas and Colorado. We have aggressive growth plans for the entire Valley in 2009 & 2010; and are looking for qualified candidates for our leadership team to begin training now!

WHAT WE NEED

• Minimum educational requirement of High School diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of progressive management experience in a retail environment
• A minimum of 1 year prior Customer service experience
• Demonstrated strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
• Proven ability to train and develop others
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to use discretion in providing direction to others
• Strong decision-making abilities
• Strong cash handling skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule - including nights & weekends
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
