Background
In the 1980's Jeffrey Johnson was employed as Director of Social Work in a nursing home in the Baltimore, Maryland area. He listened as families of clients often expressed frustration that they had few alternatives other than to place their loved ones in the nursing facility. Before long, Jeffrey resolved to establish his own business to provide care for homebound senior citizens.
