We are a privately owned, well-established, 12 acre Campus of Care offering a resort-style retirement community with spacious apartments at affordable prices. Located in view of the majestic Superstition Mountains, our community focuses on the mind, body and spirit of each individual. As a member of our Springdale family, you can choose just the lifestyle you want. From our worry-free independent living apartments to skilled nursing, we can accommodate your every need. Springdale provides on-site rehabilitation services at our Rehabilitation Center, and aftercare through our Outpatient Rehabilitation. We also offer respite care in both our Assisted Living and Rehabilitation Centers.

Springdale West
Located just minutes from Springdale Village, our West campus is dedicated to providing individualized care for patients needing just a few days of rehabilitation or for those requiring support for an extended period of time. Springdale West excels in Rehabilitation, Complex Medical Therapy (cardiac care, stroke rehab, intense wound care, IV and TPN therapy), Alzheimer Support, and most recently our Respiratory and Ventilator Center with state-of-the-art equipment.

Springdale Village and Springdale West are designed to provide maximum care at all levels in a comfortable, family oriented environment. We are also in the heart of the community, close to area hospitals, physicians, shopping and entertainment. You can enjoy our heated pool, exercise on the fitness equipment, read in the library, or enjoy outings to theaters and lakes.
