Title:Office Manager
Schedule:Monday - Friday, 8am to 5:00pm

Momentum is currently looking for an experienced Office Manager to fill a temp-to-hire opportunity with our customer, a long-standing service company, located in Chandler.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following duties.

  • AIA billing
  • Opening of New Jobs in system,
  • Tracking job costs & data entry for inventory tracking
  • Customer Invoicing
  • Bookkeeping tasks including AP/AR & Payroll
  • Use of Excel, Word, and other common programs to track data and create correspondence
  • Management of administrative staff
  • Working closely with upper management
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

Pay: $40,000-$45,000/year
Pay Comments: This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with Momentum's customer. We desire candidates looking for long-term employment. Eligibility for raise and benefits after permanent hire on.

Skills & Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years bookkeeping experience
  • Must have experience working with job costing software
  • Experience working with an inventory system
  • Experience working with Davis-Bacon prevailing wage processing preferred
  • Experience working in the construction industry a +
  • Minimum education level of an Associate Degree or higher in a related field of study
  • Supervisory experience
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background investigation
