SYNERGY HomeCare is looking for an experienced franchise paralegal or legal secretary to take on a leadership role with one of the nations leading Home Care Franchisor. In this role you will be responsible for all initial, renewal and amendments of franchise agreements, coordinate annual renewal registrations of franchise agreements, provide updates internally as necessary on franchise related matters, provide overall regulatory oversight to the franchise system, ensure the timely and accurate tracking and reporting of franchise agreements and issues, work closely with several domestic and international law firms and provide overall supervision regarding all legal aspects of the franchise department.

Skills / Requirements

Preferred candidate will have 5+ years of sophisticated corporate franchise experience, a paralegal degree or related degree, a thorough knowledge and expertise in all areas of franchise regulations, and strong computer and organizational skills.
