Affinity Family Care is currently hiring IMMEDIATE ENTRY LEVEL Part-time RESPITE and HABILITATION Caregivers for afternoons (after 2pm), mornings, evenings and weekends to work 1-1 with individuals with Developmental Disabilities like Autism, Cognitive Delays, Cerebral Palsy etc. You would work with them in their own residential home and in the community doing fun outings and being that special buddy to a very special individual. ***SEVERAL POSITIONS AVAILABLE***
Positions are PART-TIME POSITIONS and are located IN CHANDLER AND GILBERTIf you have a great attitude and a big heart - please apply and we can train!
THESE POSITIONS ARE ENTRY-LEVEL POSITIONS and SALARY is $9.75 - $11.00 per hour
We provide FREE TRAINING (one full day required) and can get you working fast.

REQUIREMENTS:
•Must be 18 years of age or older
•Must have a heart and passion for helping others
•MUST PASS A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK and HAVE NO CRIMINAL OFFENSES and have no SUBSTANTIATED FINDINGS WITH CPS/APS
•Must have a minimum of 3 months experience caring for people with disabilities - could be family members, friends, or anyone you have ever been a part of who has a disability. PLEASE APPLY - WE WILL TRAIN YOU!
•Must have reliable transportation
•Must be looking for a permenant part-time LONG TERM position. These positions are not short-term
