Purpose:
Keller Electrical Industries, Inc., a leading provider of industrial electrical services, equipment, components, and supplies in the Southwest is currently seeking a Project Coordinator for its sales & marketing department. Areas of responsibilities include:
* Tracks and Maintains Quote Logs for Inside and Outside Sales Teams
* Assist with the preparation of Statement of Qualifications, Bid documents,
Request for Qualifications.
* Create and maintain project experience descriptions, and employee
resumes for bid opportunities.
* Attend to incoming phone calls from customers regarding Sales
Opportunities and follow up.
* Maintain & track Service contracts
* Maintain Website log-ins at various Bid Opportunity sites and
Municipalities.
* Researches, Tracks, and Downloads documents for Bid Opportunities
* Assist Inside/ Outside Sales Teams & Procurement Staff with
Administrative tasks including: client correspondence, quotes and
paperwork
* Design, update, and modify company literature such as; Linecard, Tri-
fold, annual custom poster calendar, custom holiday card,
advertisements for industry publications, announcements, KEI Event
invitations, etc
* Represent KEI at industry trade shows including; Register KEI for the
show, schedule all accomodations, prep items for display in trade show
box, request truck & driver, order give away items and literature, set
up/tear down booth, and create custom PowerPoint presentation
* Compliance with Company Policies & Procedures
* Other duties that may be required by the Inside and Outside Sales Teams
Skills / Requirements
* Industrial/Electrical or Electrical Motor/Controls background a plus
* Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Applications, Adobe
Professional, Adobe Publisher, and Photo Shop preferred
* Basic Web Design and/or Graphics skill a plus
* Willing to do some travel
* Ability to work with a team as well as independently
* Highly motivated individual
* Strong communication skills, both written and oral; good listening skills
* Good organizational skills and attention to detail
