Sears Customer Care INBOUND Call Center in Tempe, AZ is currently hiring Technical Product Support Specialists. The role of these call center specialists is to use customer relations skills, technical product knowledge, database information and additional related resources to assist customers with deliveries, installations, troubleshooting and general operational instruction. Skills/ Requirements

1+ years customer service experience Sales or Call Center experience preferred. Mechanical aptitude a plus. Ability to work a Saturday OR a Sunday for each week of your work schedule. 25 WPM typing speed. Familiarity with computer and keyboard required. Strong verbal and listening skills.
